What this site stores in your browser and why. Short answer: a handful of small files that remember your choices and help us see which pages work. Nothing that follows you around the internet.
01What cookies are
Small text files a website leaves in your browser. They can't run programs, can't see your files, and can't follow you into the real world — they just let a site remember you between pages and visits.
02Cookies we use
- Essential — the cookie that remembers your cookie choice (a bit meta, we know), plus basic security helpers.
- Preferences — things like form fields you started, so an interrupted enquiry doesn't vanish.
- Analytics — anonymous counts of which pages get visited and for how long. No names, no profiles.
03Cookies we don't use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies — we don't buy ads that follow you.
- Social media trackers — no pixels, no beacons.
- Cross-site anything — our cookies only work on happiora.vip.
04Third-party embeds
The Google Maps embed on our contacts page is loaded from Google — Google may set its own cookies there, under its own policy. Everything else on the site is ours alone.
05Managing cookies
- Use the banner on the home page — accept or decline, stored for a year.
- Your browser can block or delete cookies entirely (Settings → Privacy → Cookies); the site still works, it just won't remember you.
- Clearing cookies resets your banner choice — it'll ask again next visit.
06How long they last
Session cookies die when you close the browser. Preference and analytics cookies last up to 12 months — long enough to remember you between seasons, short enough that we don't keep stale data forever.
