The space

Boardroom by day, banquet by night.

The hall sits at the back of the house with its own street entrance — your guests never walk through the hotel. High ceilings, real windows, a built-in stage and lighting that doesn't make everyone look ill.

Offsites and conferences fill the day; weddings, birthdays and awards dinners take the evening. Friday and Saturday nights are our most-requested slots — ask early.

Quarterly planning, training days, EOFY. Day rate + working lunch + rooms for the interstate crew.

Ceremony in the garden, banquet in the hall, nightcap in the salon. Rooms hold the bridal party.

30s, 40s, 50s — cocktail format with the salon add-on. The night splits naturally between the two rooms.

AGMs, awards nights, fundraisers. We do charity rates on weeknights — ask the desk.

Hall hire, honestly.

Catering stays in-house — the Copper Room does everything from sandwich platters to five courses, and it's genuinely good. External caterers by arrangement only. The bar is always ours.

Yes — day slots run 8am–5pm every day. Weekend evenings are premium and book out 8–12 weeks ahead, especially October through December.

Please do. Site visits run most days at 11am and 3pm — call the desk, walk the room, meet the coordinator. Deciding in person beats photos every time.
