Penthouse Residence
The whole top floor. Seventy-eight square metres, a private terrace over the garden, a bar cart that's already stocked — and your seat in the salon is saved before you ask.
Top of the house
One per night. Yours, if you're quick.
There's exactly one residence. It books out eight to ten weeks ahead on weekends — not because it's flashy, but because it's the best version of the house: terrace mornings, dinner sent up if you can't be bothered, and a guaranteed seat downstairs when the salon fills.
It also hosts things — small ones. Boardroom lunches for six, engagement drinks for twelve, poker nights for the mates who'd rather play upstairs.
Inside the residence
Rooms within the room.
The living room
Chesterfield, dining table for six, record player with an actual record collection. The bar cart lives here — tell us your pour and it's stocked before check-in.
The bedroom
Emperor bed, dressing room, bathroom with tub and double rain shower. The curtains weigh more than some hotel doors — sleep is guaranteed.
The terrace
Forty square metres over the garden — outdoor setting, heaters, and the best seat in Edwardstown for a slow morning coffee.

A detail we love
The record player is not a prop.
The collection leans seventies — Fleetwood Mac, Marvin Gaye, a suspicious amount of ELO. Guests leave notes in the sleeves. One regular hides a five-dollar chip in a different record every stay; housekeeping is sworn to secrecy.
That's the residence in a nutshell: a room with a personality, run by people who'd stay in it themselves.
From the guest book
“Proposed on the terrace at sunset. She said yes before I finished the question. The staff sent up champagne they pretended was standard.”

A penthouse evening
How our regulars run it.
Terrace drinks
Sunset on the terrace, first pour from the bar cart, records on.
Dinner up or down
Copper Room downstairs — or the same menu served in the living room.
Your salon table
Downstairs when you're ready. Your table's held; the dealer knows you're coming.
Back up, late
Nightcap on the terrace. The city hums; the garden doesn't.
